Subscriptions to Couples Getaway Box are bi-monthly.
Initial orders ship within 5 business days, subject to availability. Renewal orders will ship one week after the renewal is billed.
The cutoff date to purchase or subscribe to a particular box is the earlier of the 14th day of the second month of the bi-monthly cycle, or when the box is out of stock. For example, the last day to subscribe to the July/August box is August 14 unless the box runs out of stock before then.
Initial orders are charged immediately. Thereafter, your credit card will be charged on or around the 15th of the month prior to the shipping month.
For example, the September/October box will be billed on or around August 15 and will ship the first week of September.

I bought a subscription, and now, I see I was also charged $1 by Cratejoy. Is this charge related to my Couples Getaway Box subscription?
Yes, you may see a charge for $1 or less from Cratejoy once you subscribe to Couples Getaway Box. Not to worry – this is simply an authorization hold that may appear as a “pending” charge in your bank account for a short time until your card is approved or for a few business days, depending on your bank.
Couples Getaway Box is not responsible for any charges or fees from banks or credit cards.

You’ll often find perishable snacks and goodies in your box, so when you get your box, we recommend eating them within a reasonable amount of time.
Yes! When checking out, you’ll be asked whether you’re purchasing a subscription as a gift.
Couples Getaway Box is available in limited quantities. Up to 30 days from the ship date, we’ll accept returns of open, unused boxes if items in the subscription box are delivered damaged. Within 3 business days of our receipt of your returned box, you’ll receive a credit towards the purchase of a future box; the amount of such credit will be at our sole discretion. Please note that refunds are not available once your box has been shipped.
